• First, fill the base of the glass dab rig with water so that you can have water filtration for smoother hits. 
• Next, attach a dab nail or bong bowl to the glass joint adapter
• To heat the dab nail, use a butane torch. Keep heating the dab nail for 45 seconds or until the dab nail is almost red hot. 
• While the dab nail is cooling down, use a dabber to scoop up a small piece of wax. Then start twirling the dabber around the nail while simultaneously inhaling.
• When the wax has fully melted, place a carb cap on top of the dab nail so that you can inhale the rest of the vapor inside the skull dab rig.
• If you are using a bong bowl, there is no need to use a butane torch to heat the dry herbs. You can use a regular lighter, such as a BIC lighter. Instead of using a carb cap, you can just remove the bong bowl to inhale the rest of the smoke.
