Shipping Policies

Every order gets shipped with a tracking number so that you can follow the progress as your order goes from shipment to arrival.  Once we package an order, an email that contains all of the tracking information will be sent to your email address which was left at checkout.  We will continue to send shipping updates as the tracking updates.  You are never responsible if the tracking does not update with a delivery confirmation.  For whatever reason, if a package has not updated for 21 days, it is eligible for re-shipment, Free of charge; this excludes international orders.  If the tracking information for your order does not update after 21 Days, just reach out to our friendly customer service and we will re-ship your order for Free.
