Our Money Back Guarantee will let you shop with confidence.  After making a purchase, if you decide you don’t want your order, it can be returned for a full refund.  Just follow all money back guidelines and return the order within 30 days of the order’s delivery date.  All returns that meet the guidelines and are returned after 30 days may still be returned for an exchange or store credit if you return the item within 60 days of the original purchase date.

1. All orders have to be returned within 30 days of the delivery date shown on the tracking for the respective order.

2. All products must be in their original packaging and cannot be opened or used in any way.

3. Any opened, unused items may still be eligible for a return with a 15% restocking fee.

4. Any opened, used products with manufacturing defects may be eligible for a Free replacement or a refund with a 15% restocking fee.

5. An email receipt from the original purchase date for all orders being returned must be included in the return package. All purchase receipts are sent via email after a purchase has been made, and all emails are sent to the email address left at checkout.

6. All customers are responsible for any return shipping. If requested, we can provide a low-cost return shipping label.

7. All products are eligible for refunds; however, Priority and International shipping costs are not eligible for refunds.

At Vape Vet Store we offer a Vape Warranty that covers every vaporizer sold at our online vape shop.  If your vape stops working, just reach out to our friendly customer service and we can send a brand-new replacement vaporizer for Free.  Just follow the Vape Warranty guidelines below.

1. For any vaporizer to be eligible, it must be returned to our location within the warranty time period coverage.

2. Our vape warranty covers all manufacturing defects pertaining to the vape battery and internal circuitry. Any used vape mouthpiece, filter screens, vape coils, atomizers, cartridges, vape tanks and similar vape parts are not covered.  Various types of accidental drops, any water damage or normal ware and tare are not covered.

3. All warranty returns must include the order receipt from the original purchase date for the items being returned. All purchase receipts are sent via email after purchase, and all emails are sent to the email address left at checkout.

4. Customers are responsible for return shipping. If requested, we can provide a low-cost return shipping label.

Glass Pipe Warranty

Confidently order Glass Pipes online because our warranty guarantees the safe delivery of all glass pipes.  If your glass pipe arrives broken, reach out within 48 hours of the order’s delivery date and we will replace the glass pipe for free.

Coil Replacement Guarantee

Receive a vape coil that does not work?  Do not worry because it can be replaced for FREE, just follow the coil Replacement Guidelines.

1. All vape coil replacement requests have to be submitted to customer service within 30 days of the order’s confirmed delivery date, as shown by tracking.

2. The guarantee covers all vape coils, heating chambers, atomizers, cartridges, and vape tanks that do not work due to a manufacturing defect. Used vape coils, heating chambers, atomizers, cartridges, and vape tanks are not covered.  Accidental damage from poking coils, drops, water damage and other normal ware and tare are not covered.
