How to Use a Seashell Pipe?
- You will be using dry herb, so you need to be sure to grind it. Grinding dry herbs allows for smooth, even burning which will give you a great smoking experience.
- Put the dry herb in the glass bowl and apply open flame. Wood matches work best as your flame source.
- Keeping the carb hold covered with your finger, begin to draw breath in. This will pull air through the dry herb and will bring smoke into the vapor path of the pipe.
- When you have created enough smoke to your liking, release the carb hole, allowing air to flow through the vapor path, pushing the smoke out of the pipe and into you!
- Continue to apply flame until the dry herb has been exhausted. If you want another round, re-grind and repeat the above-mentioned steps.
How to Clean a Seashell Pipe?
- Seashell pipes are going to clean how glass pipes typically would. You will need to soak the pipe in a cleaning solution (we do not advise attempting to scrub the shell). 420 Cleaner is a great option for this, as it is formulated specifically for dry herb smoking pipes. You can also use isopropyl alcohol, though results may vary. Soak the pipe until the unwanted residue has been removed, and then completely rinse all cleaning solution off the pipe. Then, let the pipe dry and you are ready for more rounds of smoking!
