Our Money Back Guarantee allows you to shop with confidence. After making a purchase, if change your mind, items can be returned for a refund.  Just follow all money back guidelines and return the order within 30 days.

1. An order number and other information will be needed to initiate a return.

2. All items must be returned within 30 days of the order's delivery date.

3. All items must NOT be opened and must be in their original packaging.

4. Customers are responsible for return shipping. If requested, we can provide a low-cost return shipping label.

5. All products ordered are eligible, but any expedited or international shipping fees are not refundable.

6. Products are not eligible for return or exchange after 30 days. Returns that do not meet the policy will not be accepted and will be returned to the original address of order.

Vape Warranty

At Vape Vet Store we offer a Vape Warranty that covers all vaporizers sold at our online vape shop. Follow the Vape Warranty Guidelines to get a free replacement vape.

1. An order number and other information will be needed to initiate any warranty.

2. The vape warranty offers a free replacement for eligible vaporizers. Refunds are not offered as part of the warranty.

3. All warranty requests must be completed within the 30 day warranty coverage time period. Extended warranties may be available through the different vape manufacturers.

4. The vape warranty covers all manufacturing defects pertaining to the vape battery and internal circuitry. Any used vape mouthpiece, filter screens, vape coils, atomizers, cartridges, vape tanks and other vape parts are not covered. Accidental drops, water damage and normal ware and tare are not covered.

5. Customers are responsible for return shipping. If requested, we can provide a low-cost return shipping label.

6. Warranty returns that do not meet the guidelines will be returned the order's original address.

Glass Pipe Safe Delivery Guarantee

We guarantee that all glass pipes shipped will arrive undamaged, in working condition. If you received the incorrect item or a damaged glass pipe, please reach out within 48 hours of receiving the item to be eligible for a free replacement. Damaged items are eligible for replacement but not eligible for refunds.
