Warranty, Replacements, and Returns
We personally use and love the same products we sell--that's why we sell them, of course!

Warranty and Replacements
We are Authorized Resellers for all of our products, and therefore, offer a 1-Year Warranty on parts for all purchases (either through us directly, the manufacturer, or our distributor--depending on the product).
Should there be any legitimate manufacturer's defect with your product or damage incurred during shipping (noted by the courier), we will provide a return shipping label, so there is no shipping cost to you should an item or part need to be replaced. We ask for defective items back so that we can send it to the manufacturer to make a note of the issue, improve the quality, and enable us to provide free replacements. In some cases of accidental damage (dropping your product, unintentionally damaging parts, etc), we may be able to replace your item at a reduced cost, depending on the nature of the damage.
14-Day Return Policy: You may return products within 14 days of purchase for a refund totaling 100% of the original purchase price (not including shipping) as long as the product is in the same condition in which it was sent. Unhappy customers are bad for both of us, so please take time to read through our item descriptions, reviews, and product demos carefully before making a purchase decision. To initiate the exchange/refund process, you must notify us at email@example.com. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, and require that you return your item to the address below (please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or shipping warehouse):
** Some of our products are consumable or exhibit normal wear and tear and are not eligible for exchanges. Heating coils, glass screen filters, and e-juice / e-liquid are ineligible for returns. **

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your returned product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
