You are never responsible if the tracking information does not update with a delivery confirmation. For whatever reason, if a package has not updated for 21 days, it is eligible for re-shipment, Free of charge; this excludes international orders. If your tracking information does not update after 21 Days, just reach out to our friendly customer service and we will re-ship your order for Free.
